Shipping Policy

Musicworldsa.co.za delivers only in South Africa and delivery is free of charge on orders over R350! If delivery on a product is not free it will be noted on the product page.
Your order will be shipped to your specified address or the Post Office Counter that is nearest to you. Orders are shipped on clearance of payment.
We will confirm shipment with courier waybill# by email or SMS.
The delivery times are subject to stock availability
Delivery to outlying regions may take longer.
Please ensure the correct shipping address is provided from the outset as title and risk will pass to you once the order has left our premises.
 
IMPORTANT: Should you discover any problem with the shipment e.g. box damaged etc. – Please do not accept the parcel. Contact the courier company immediately. State the problem in detail and get a reference. Mail us as soon as possible providing us with the reference info and as much detail as possible.
 
When you click to make a purchase with us legal obligations arise and your right to refund of monies charged to your credit card or paid in any other way agreed by us, are limited by our terms & conditions. You must not make any purchase through this site unless you understand and agree all our terms and conditions. Once payment is made for the purchase, it is deemed that you have read and understood the terms and conditions for such purchase. If you have any queries please contact us before making any purchase for any service through this website.
 
Undeliverable packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us undeliverable. Should this event take place every
attempt will be made to contact you to make arrangements for re-shipment. 
 
Product availability
 
Should we have stock available, orders will be dispatched the same day provided payment is validated/received before 14h00 hour.
We strive to have our products available for immediate shipment. On rare occasions, due to popularity and high demand some products may be on back order. We will take all necessary steps to advise you in a prompt manner if this situation occurs. If you wish to cancel the order at this stage, you will be given the opportunity.
Unforeseen circumstances may cause delays. Should we be faced with such an occurrence Musicworldsa.co.za will contact you via email and provide a revised shipping schedule.
Should the product not be in stock -
·     Please allow 10 working days plus freight transit time. This will allow for orders from our suppliers and delivery to our warehouse.
·     Should the suppliers ran out of stock in South Africa and need to import, Musicworldsa.co.za will contact you immediately and negotiate the best probable solution to the problem.
