Return Policy

At www.musicworldsa.co.za, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to www.musicworldsa.co.za within 15 days of receipt of item(s). Claims for damaged or missing items must be received in writing within seven days of receipt of merchandise.

Should you for any reason wish to cancel your purchase you will be liable for a 15% handling fee. You must advise us in writing of your cancellation and any such cancellation must be signed.

 No Return/Exchange On:

Note that once opened, the following types of goods will not be accepted for a refund and will only be replaced with another copy of the same product: CDs, Videos, DVDs and Books.

 How to return or exchange an item

  • To return an item you must call Customer Service at (+27) 011-823-2811 or email us to obtain a MWR number.
  • Place the original package into a shipping carton.
  • Include the original Tax Invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
  • Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
  • The MWR number must be clearly written on the outer box.
  • Ship insured via Speed Services Couriers (South African Postal Services) or an insured reputable Courier that offers shipment tracking through a 24 hours customer helpline. Should you choose to use a carrier that does not offer a tracking facility and the goods are lost then no refund or return will be considered.
  • Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Rules:

  • All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition, in their original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories.
  • All products must be clean, undamaged and in full working condition.The original Tax Invoice must be submitted with the returned items.
  • www.musicworldsa.co.za is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
  • Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
  • MWR numbers are valid for 10 days.
  • www.musicworldsa.co.za is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
  • Insure your package for safe return and declare the full value of the shipmen failing which loss or damage will be for your account.

If you selected bank deposit as a payment option, and wish to return the product, full bank deposit details must be provided. If the name of account holder, bank, branch name, and branch code and account number are not provided, the money will be allocated on your profile for future use.

If you selected credit card as a payment option please inform us, if the refund amount is to be paid back to your credit card, alternatively the amount will be credited to your profile.
